MendZak was founded by Dr. Gloria Kozak, an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist and healthcare operations leader with more than a decade of experience improving operational performance across complex healthcare environments.
Her experience spans hospital operations, physician practice operations, multidisciplinary clinical teams, workflow optimization, organizational development, and healthcare administration.
By combining healthcare operations experience with expertise in organizational psychology, Dr. Kozak helps organizations strengthen not only their operational systems, but also the coordination, communication, and leadership processes that allow those systems to succeed.
